What is the identification process at your ATMs?

At our ATM devices, we make customer identification according to our AML policy.

Our exchange limits are the following:

• 0-50 000 HUF: No identification required.
• 50 000 - 300 000 HUF: Phone number identification at this level. Ensure that you use the country code (eg +36201234567), as our system sends the confirmation SMS only to the correct phone numbers.
• 300 000 HUF and above: You will need to present a photo ID (valid ID card, driving license or passport) and take a selfie via the ATM.

Try to complete the tier 3 verification during business hours, as this is the only time we can guarantee seamless customer identification within 1 hour.
