How to report

You can ask for an appointment using the form or by letter.
We do not accept reports by email or phone.

What can I report?
A breach of the law or other wrongdoing that you know of or suspect at Tiwala Solutions Kft. (coincash).
Who can report?
Current, former and prospective staff, contractors and their staff, owners and managers. Anyone, including our customers, can report a breach of the rules against money laundering and terrorist financing.
Who investigates reports?
Our compliance officer. Anyone the report concerns takes no part in the investigation. We keep your identity confidential, and you cannot be penalised for a report made in accordance with the law.
How long does it take?
We investigate reports within 30 days. If you give us your contact details, we acknowledge your report within 7 days and tell you the outcome in writing.
Can I report anonymously?
Yes. Without contact details, however, we cannot acknowledge your report or tell you the outcome.
Can I go to an authority?
Yes, you can also report to the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (opens in a new tab) or the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights (opens in a new tab) (both in Hungarian).
How is my data used?
We use the personal data in a report only to investigate it.
We operate our whistleblowing system under Hungarian Act XXV of 2023 and Article 116 of the MiCA Regulation ((EU) 2023/1114).
